Shipping Policy

Denby Distributor tools & parts only ships within the Continental US. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories, Canada or other countries currently. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of being placed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. All orders are shipped U.P.S. Ground unless otherwise specified.

NOTE: Orders with 2 Business Day Shipping received after noon EST will be processed the next business day. Orders with 2 Business Day Shipping received after noon EST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days with delivery times longer than normal. A customer service agent will contact you via email or telephone when there is a delay with order.

Problem with your online order?

Our Customer Service Experts are knowledgeable and have the resources to resolve any issue quickly. Please call Brook directly at 1 (941) 565-0815, in the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, has missing parts, or isn’t operating as advertised. Such issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving product. The product or damaged/missing part will be replaced free of charge at our sole discretion.

Unused merchandise purchased online may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt, minus shipping fees and a 20% re-stocking fee. Items returned may be refused due to the condition of the returned merchandise. All custom orders, such as rollers and conveyors, are not eligible for returns. “Non-returnable Item” will be noted on the product information page of the website.

How to return merchandise:

  1. First, call (941) 565-0815 to obtain an RMA number.
  2. Second, write your RMA number on the copy of your invoice and place it in the carton to be returned.
  3. Third, ship the product to:
